TROJAN VAN WANTED

I’m looking for a running P3 van or personnel carrier. Might consider a near running vehicle. Contact George Moore on georgesherryl@outlook.com

1953 Trojan Personal carrier with V5

This is a dismantled abandoned project and not for the faint hearted.

Whilst rebuilding my 1955 Brooke Bond Trojan and looking for doner parts I bought this personal carrier, as seen on the trailer, on inspection i found it was in as bad a condition as the one I had. I decided that I would rebuild both. I started with enthusiasm making two sets of woodwork for the sides and roof. I had enough metal folded to make two sets of metal that form the sub-frame that sits on the main chassis.

Having now finished the first van, it taking 3 years, I won't undertake the second. I would interested in selling as one lot and not individual parts. Please contact me for details.

It is in decent running order, but as always there are things a new owner could improve. I have always repaired any defects properly, and while I have had it we have done about 4000 miles since an engine rebuild, in its previous ownership, by Bruce Young, who also did some other work on it for then owner John Brown.

‘1925 Trojan Utility with longstanding Trojan and VSCC history

FOR SALE

This car used to belong to John Woods and was in a lock up for ages. Used to be a very poor white colour. The current owners have considerably improved it, but it’s been little used.

The asking price is £8,000 - email editor@trojanownersclub.org in the first instance
